Cromwell Hills is conveniently and geographically located in central Connecticut. Only a 2 hour drive to Boston or a 2 hour drive to New York City. A 20 minute drive to Hartford, a 20 minute drive to Waterbury and a 30 minute drive to New Haven. We are easily accessibly via Route 9 and Interstate 91.
We are also within minutes to grocery stores, including Stop n Shop and Wal-Mart as well as Lowe's and many other restaurants and shopping establishments. For those of you who are energy conscious and take the bus to work, there is a bus stop right on the edge of our property.

We have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. Almost all of our 2 & 3 bedroom unit have a full basement, some even with walkouts! We boast 2 floors (not including basement) to your home and they are more of a townhouse style.
For every 6 to 7 units there is an acre of property. There is a lot of open space and buildings are not stacked upon each other like other condo complexes.
Unlike other complexes, we do not have a central mail center. You have your own mailbox and the Postman delivers straight to your front door! This is unique to our complex and a sometimes missed amenity!Recreation
There are 2 tennis courts, walking paths and plenty of private roads to run/walk. We also boast a large swimming pool and a smaller pool for our tinier residents. We are also close to Cromwell's only dog park. Fire Safety
Units are separated by thick concrete and strong fire walls. In the unfortunate event of a unit catching fire, the fire will be contained to that unit and not spread quickly to the other unitsClubhouse

We strive to give our residents high quality service. Unlike many other complexes who have managers on site for one day or only certain hours, we have an on site management office (9 Birch Court) that is staffed from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
Our staff goes above and beyond the typical management company and is available to assist residents with questions and issues ranging from help in determining a problem in your unit, contractor recommendations, and so forth.Long Term Planning
As residents and fellow unit owners, we consider our home and community an investment. The Management and Board recognize the need to constantly maintain the property and keep the curb appeal and efficiency of our property going for years to come. We have had a long term 40 year capital plan in place since 2007 to keep future common fee increases in check while improving the infrastructure of the complex. In the past 10 years, we have installed vinyl siding, repaired decks, sidewalks, patios and paved all of our roads and parking lots. We continue to update and improve our property all the while making sure the reserve account stays funded for future projects.
