Cromwell Hills was designed and implemented in 3 different stages beginning in 1972, hence there are 3 phases to the community. In 2001, Phase I branched out on its own so it would be more in control of its property and the future of our complex. We became self-managed and began the process of updating and creating a capital plan.
Basically, Phase I mostly consists of the units going up Cromwell Hills Drive on both sides (from Rte 372) till the intersection with Eastview Drive and then continuing along the left hand side of Eastview Drive until its intersection with Willowbrook Drive. There are a few courts that are in our Phase beyond those limits, but that is the overall picture. In 2015 it will be even easier to determine who is in Phase I when all of our units will have vinyl siding! We are focusing our efforts on becoming as maintenance free as possible and being environmentally and economically friendly (for our future and beyond). The other Phases have elected not to follow our vision.
Because we are separate, our day to day operations run differently and through different places. If you do not live in Phase I, we ask that you contact your off site management company for your concerns. As a courtesy, we have included their information at the bottom.
Phase II & III are maintained by an off-site management company that has some office hours during the week at their clubhouse. Our Management is on-site Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. All 3 phases do have a working relationship when it comes to shared property and we work together when there are concerns about each of our residents.
Cromwell Hills - Phase I believes we are ahead of the curve with our progress and are admittedly biased when we believe we are the "better" phase. Come see for yourself!!
